Debit Card Updates

We would like to inform you of some new and improved changes regarding our debit cards.

FRAUD ALERTS
Cardholders will now have the added benefit of two-way text alerts when suspicious debit card activity is detected. 
A text will be sent to the cardholder
Example: FreeMsg: (Monroe Telco FCU) Fraud Ctr:8559611602: Did you attempt $201.99 at WALMART with card x1114? Reply YES or NO. Case 123456 to opt out reply STOP.
Reply: YES to confirm the transaction
Reply: NO for FreeMsg: (Monroe Telco FCU) Fraud Ctr: Thank you. To avoid potential fraud, your card has been temporarily suspended. We will call you or you can us anytime at 8559611602. Your case is 123456. To opt out reply STOP

MOBILE APP
Current enrolled MyMoneyMobile app cardholders will need to re-enroll with SecurLockEquip, so they can continue to enjoy the ability to manage their debit card with a mobile device.
This app allows a cardholder to control the how/where/when their payment cards are used via their mobile device. Turn your card on or off with the touch of a button.
